About DIGIMEMCARDS - Since our creation in 2003 we have grown to become one of the largest Internet mobile phone, MP3 player, GPS and PDA battery retailers in the UK. We work closely with our suppliers in the UK, Hong Kong and other Far East countries developing the latest products first - ensuring we are always one step ahead of the competition with new products !
Product Information - All products sold by DIGIMEMCARDS are of the highest quality and most are manufactured / supplied by ISO 9002 registered companies (or overseas equivalent). All products carry the CE approval.
Product ordering information (Internet) - To order a product On -Line using a credit or debit card please click the respective ‘buy’ button below a product. If you require another product/s please click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button from within the cart to return to your last viewed page. Once your order is complete click the ‘Go to payments’ button. Fill in the ‘Invoice details’ and ‘Delivery address (if different)’ sections and click the ‘Continue’ button. Select the ‘Debit or Credit card’ option and click the ‘Continue’ button. Finally, fill in the ‘Card details’ section and click ‘Continue’ to confirm your order. You will receive an automated receipt by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Security - The credit / debit card entry page is safe, secure and encrypted (Click ‘File’ then ‘Properties’ whilst on the credit / debit entry page for verification). This means that 3rd parties can not see the information you are entering. We accept all major Credit / Debit cards with the exception of American Express.
Product ordering information (Post) - To order a product by post using either a Cheque or Postal Order as payment please include the following details : Product/s required, Quantity of product/s required, Total price, Your name, Your full postal address, A contact phone number and e-mail address. Please post the above information to us at : DIGIMEMCARDS, 4 Sandhills Close, Newark, Notts, NG24 1FH United Kingdom complete with your Cheque / Postal Order payable to DIGIMEMCARDS. We do not advise sending cash.
Internet Orders / Queries - 24 hours, 365 days per year.
Working Hours / Dispatch times - Monday to Friday - 6.30am to 4.00 pm. Estimated dispatch times are detailed above each product / group of products. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday on the same day. However, on occasion, certain products may be out of stock, or we may have reached our daily dispatch capacity. On these occasions the ordered product/s will be dispatched as soon as possible.
The maximum dispatch time is 28 days (as per UK law) however, it is very rare that your order will take this long. 99% of our UK orders are delivered within 1 - 3 working days and the same percentage of overseas orders are delivered within 2 - 7 working days.
Product availability / stock shortages -
- 1) If all item/s selected within your order are out of stock and/or can not be obtained within 28 days you will be notified by e-mail and your order will be cancelled.
- 2) If your order comprises multiple items and any item/s is/are out of stock the total order value will be amended to account for the missing item/s. If we can not deliver the remainder of your order within 28 days a note will be included with your order. If a paid delivery charge has been selected this will still be applicable.
UK Delivery (Orders under £10 - free) - This form of delivery is by either Royal Mail 1st / 2nd Class Post. Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
UK Delivery (Orders over £10 - FREE) - This form of delivery is by either Royal Mail 1st / 2nd Class Post, or, if the parcel is large, heavy or expensive by Courier. Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
UK Delivery (1st Class Post - Upgrade) - This form of delivery can be selected whatever the order value. Delivery is normally the next working day from the date of dispatch.
UK Delivery (Next Day - Upgrade) - This form of delivery is by Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ or Courier depending on the weight / size of your order. Delivery is the next working day from the date of dispatch.
Overseas (International Post - £5.00) - This form of delivery is by Air mail. Delivery is normally within 2-7 working days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
Automatically Cancelled Orders - Orders made with an invalid e-mail address will be cancelled. Orders made with a credit / debit card that are not registered to the invoice address will be cancelled. Orders we feel to be suspicious will be cancelled. Fraudulent orders are always reported to the Police. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the goods have been delivered we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on the order form together with your IP address will be forwarded to the Police.
The above measures are to protect ourselves and our genuine customers against the high levels of internet fraud.
We reserve the right not to ship high value / high quantity orders outside the UK.
Goods Damaged in Transit - All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit by Royal Mail / Courier.
Undelivered / Lost Goods - If after 28 days from the date of your order (this excludes Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays) your good/s are still undelivered please follow the following procedure : Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good/s. If no one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the postal sorting office / depot where they are stored for a period of 5 - 10 days. If after this period of time the good/s have still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good/s have been returned to us please refer to the section further down this page. If the good/s are not at your local sorting office / depot please contact us to inform that your good/s have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good/s were ordered.
Faulty Goods - If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product or the product develops a fault within a reasonable period of time please return it for replacement (or refund if within 14 days as per the Distance Selling Regulations 2000). Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 14 days from the date the goods are returned. Replacements are dispatched generally within 2 working days digimemcards 4 Sandhills Close, Newark, Notts, NG24 1FH UK. Please enclose your order number, your address, your reason for returning the goods and your original credit / debit card receipt (included with your order) - If this is not available please include your credit / debit card details, ie. Card number, Expiry date, Valid From Date (If applicable) and Issue Number (If applicable). If after the good/s being tested by ourselves they are found to be fully functional they will be returned to you. Faulty goods must also be returned in the same aesthetical condition that they were supplied. If any returned good/s are aesthetically damaged they will be returned to you.
Competitors - All information within our website has been created by ourselves. Any copying of content such as : Text, images, HTML code, META tags, ‘Buy’ buttons, drop down boxes, model lists or site structure is prohibited. We regularity enter text / HTML strings into META / search engines to check for duplicate content.
